Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Minkoa handles, why, and what choices you have. It covers our mobile apps, web games, Snapchat Lenses, playable ads and this website (together, “our products”).

In short: our games do not require an account. Game progress and settings are stored on your device. We do not sell personal data. When a game runs on someone else’s platform (an app store, a web game portal, Snapchat, an ad network), that platform handles its own data under its own policy.

Who we are

Minkoa is operated by Kristina Shinkarenko, an independent developer based in Serbia, who is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: privacy@minkoa.com.

We process personal data in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Mobile apps

Our apps store game progress and settings locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your gameplay data, and the apps do not ask you to create an account.

If an app uses a third-party service such as analytics or advertising, the service, the data it receives and its purpose are listed in the “App-specific details” section below and in the app’s privacy section on the App Store or Google Play. We update this policy before releasing an app that collects additional data.

Purchases, if any, are processed by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.

App-specific details

Honk Honk Pets

This app does not use third-party analytics, advertising or other data-collecting services.

Web games

Our web games are published on game portals such as CrazyGames and Poki. Progress is saved in your browser’s local storage. The portal hosts the game and may show ads and collect usage statistics through its own software. That processing is done by the portal under its own privacy policy, for example the CrazyGames Privacy Policy.

Snapchat Lenses and other camera effects

Lenses run inside Snapchat (or another host app such as TikTok). Camera images are processed by the host app on your device. We do not receive your photos, videos or face data. The host app’s privacy policy applies, for example the Snap Privacy Policy.

Playable ads

Our playable ads are shown by advertising networks. The playable itself does not collect personal data. The ad network that displays it may process data under its own policy.

This website

The website uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and gives us only aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

When you contact us

If you email us or send the project form on this website, we use your name, email address, company (if given), the contents of your message and the country your connection comes from to reply. Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing; we do not store them on the website. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Our email is forwarded through Cloudflare and stored by Google (Gmail). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask us to take (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Children

Our games are made for a general audience and do not require any personal information to play. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy, to the extent they need it to provide their service. Some of them are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email privacy@minkoa.com. We will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, the authority in your country.

Game progress stored on your device can be removed at any time by deleting the app or clearing your browser’s site data.

Changes

We will update this page when our products or practices change and show the date of the latest change at the top.
